Modes of transport
Home delivery is made by the courier service of SPRINTER Futárszolgálat Kft.
Packages will be delivered on working days between 8 am and 5 pm. If you are not at home during this period, it is advisable to provide a work address (if possible) as your delivery address. Please note that there is no delivery on weekends and public holidays.
The ordered goods will be delivered no later than within 5 working days from the submission of the order.
Home delivery rates:
- home delivery fee in Hungary per order: 1990 HUF
- delivery is free in Hungary in case of orders worth more than 20 000 HUF
- in case of personal collection, the delivery cost is HUF 0, collection is possible during the opening hours of the Hableány restaurant
Home delivery by Posta MPL courier service:
Delivery fees (our prices include VAT)
- Our system calculates the delivery fee based on the weight of the product
- delivery is free throughout the country for orders over HUF 20,000
- In case of cash on delivery payment, we charge HUF 500 for the delivery cost of each order
If you choose a parcel machine, if your package does not fit into the machine, the courier will deliver your package to the nearest Post Office, of which you will be notified.
Orders are processed on weekdays during business hours, from 8 am to 4 pm. It is also possible to place the order outside the dates indicated as the processing of the order, if it takes place after the working hours, it will be processed the next day. In all cases, the Service Provider's customer service will confirm electronically when you can fulfill your order.
The general delivery deadline for the order is a maximum of 3-6 working days from the confirmation of the order. This delivery deadline is for information purposes only, deviations from this will be indicated by e-mail in all cases.
In the webshop we can only place orders for Hungarian addresses. In case of ordering abroad, please contact rendeles@laposa.hu .
In the case of undelivered, returned packages, the return shipping fee is borne by the customer, we can only resend the package if the package value and the return shipping cost are transferred in advance!
